We are so excited to share two special activities we’ve planned for the reunion! Both require advance reservations and payment, and we truly feel they showcase the stunning beauty of Western Colorado in the best way.

As always, participation in any activity is completely optional. We want everyone to choose what feels right for them.

Scenic Silverton Train Ride

Friday, July 17

We will be taking the scenic round-trip train from Durango to Silverton, reserving seats in the open-air gondola car, the most popular option for taking in the mountain views.

This open-air experience gives everyone unobstructed views of the canyon, river, and surrounding peaks. It’s truly a classic Colorado adventure.

To make sure we can all ride together, we will place one group reservation. Please do not book directly with the train company. Instead, follow the instructions below so we can coordinate seating and payment as a group.

Animas River Rafting Adventure

Monday, July 20

We’ve also planned a rafting trip (ages 4+) on the beautiful Animas River with the highly rated company, Mild to Wild Rafting.

It’s the perfect mix of fun, scenery, and shared adventure as well as a great way to experience the river together.

As with the train, we will make one group reservation so everyone can participate together. Please do not reserve independently. Follow the instructions below for payment and sign-up details.
